A Senior Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing micro frontend and API-driven architectures. I am a frontend expert and a React.js enthusiast, with hands-on experience in creating modular, scalable, and responsive frontend components using React.js, Bootstrap, Material UI, and other frameworks and libraries.
I have a passion for innovation and efficiency, and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. One of my key achievements is designing and developing a full Design System that streamlines the styling and branding of our web applications across products and devices. I am also skilled in building RESTful APIs and integrating backend services, ensuring efficient data flow and improved user experience. Personally
I am a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, and trying new foods. I am an avid sports fan and also love wood working and building stuff in my spare time. One thing that I really take pride in is my ability to learn things and challenge myself both professionally and in my personal life and so far it has been a great journey.

Newfold Digital - Senior Software Engineer
Feb 2016 - December 2023
As a Frontend Subject Matter Expert, I provided invaluable guidance and expertise to multiple teams. Notably, during my tenure at Newfold, I spearheaded an initiative to establish a tailored design system and component library. Additionally, I contributed to a collaborative effort to develop a unified white-label software platform using React. This platform facilitated the seamless integration of multiple brands onto a single codebase. I actively conducted numerous A/B experiments to optimize conversion rates and meticulously maintained brand consistency throughout our projects. I also mentored junior developers and was a key voice in planning sessions.
- Managed story prioritization in Jira, collaborating closely with product, UX, and QA teams to ensure bug-free deployments to production. Utilized a Jenkins pipeline and AWS within the CI/CD process to facilitate seamless deployments
- Conceptualized, built, and implemented standardized functional React Components
- Orchestrated the development of a standardized Design System and reusable component library with Storybook integration
- Leveraged front-end data caching libraries and methods (e.g. react-query) to optimize performance, showcasing various data states
